This plan includes 4 mobility workouts that will prepare you for twisted grip without the headache of shoulder pain or elbow pain. Twisted grip is a very demanding overhead grip with the shoulder rotated internally...something we don't get exposure to in every day life. Be sure you're prepared! This is also an excellent mobility plan if you are already experiencing shoulder pain from twisted grip.

  • General nutrition guidance to support training demands and recovery

This is different from coaching in that it is not an ongoing, structured program. There is no follow-up programming, progression tracking, or ongoing adjustments. It’s a single session designed to give you clarity, answer specific questions, and help you make better decisions in your own training moving forward.
